RocaJunyent advises on Vega Chargers financing round

RocaJunyent has advised Vega Chargers, a startup dedicated to the development and manufacture of smart chargers for electric vehicles, in a financing round.

Vega Chargers has raised five million euros and has incorporated Orbis, a company that operates in the energy efficiency and electric mobility sector, as a partner. It has also been backed by Enion Partners and CDTI Innvierte, which have doubled their investment in the company to date.

Vega Chargers will use the investment to increase its production capacity and finance its international expansion. Founded in 2019 in Barcelona, it has been a pioneer in state-of-the-art charging technologies.

The transaction has been led by Fede Segura and Sergio Gimenez, partner and corporate lawyer, respectively.
