KPMG advises on the acquisition of Air Wifi

KPMG Abogados has advised Patrizia Infraestructure on the acquisition of Air Wifi, a spanish company based in Cádiz whose main activity consists of the distribution of internet, wifi and optic fibre and mobile services.

The team from KPMG Abogados that has advised Patrizia Infraestructure on the transaction was formed by Rafael Aguilar (corporate law and M&A partner) together with Alejandro Blázquez (corporate law and M&A senior manager) and Esperanza Barragán (corporate law and M&A associate).

Patrizia, a leading partner for global real assets, offers investment opportunities in real estate and infrastructure assets for institutional, semi-professional and private investors. Particularly, with this investment, Patrizia Infrastructure launches a new ‘Fibre-to-the-Home’ (FTTH) platform in Spain, which aims to deliver high-speed broadband to the country’s most rural areas.
