KPMG Abogados on the acquisition of Digital Innovative Assets
KPMG Abogados acted as legal and labour advisor of WMG Management Europe Limited on the acquisition of 100% of Digital Innovative Assets, a Spanish company based in Madrid whose main activity consists of providing marketing, event management, branded content and social media services, and other advertising and agency services, for talent collaborations and sponsorships mainly in Spain.

The team from KPMG Abogados that has advised Wasserman on the transaction was formed by Rafael Aguilar, Corporate Law and M&A partner, together with Alejandro Blazquez, Corporate Law and M&A senior manager.
