Her practice covers a wide range of legal areas, including public procurement, public-private partnerships, infrastructure projects (ports, coastal zones, highways, hospitals, and rail), public financing using national and regional funds, and regulation across sectors such as energy, telecommunications, environmental law, mining, and compulsory expropriation. She also provides legal counsel in matters related to defense.

Sabiote’s dual experience advising both public and private sector clients gives her a strategic edge in navigating the complex regulatory landscape. Her approach combines legal rigor with a strong client-centric and strategic mindset.

She holds degrees in Law and International Relations, as well as in Political Science and Public Administration, from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

With this addition, KPMG Abogados reinforces its commitment to delivering high-level legal and strategic advisory services in increasingly complex regulatory environments.
