KPMG Abogados and GA_P advise on the acquisition of Plusnet Solutions

KPMG Abogados and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo have advised on the acquisition of Plusnet Solutions by Evolutio. The integration is expected to drive the development of AI and automation, analytics and biometrics solutions. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

Evolutio Cloud Enabler is a leading company (a spin-off of the former BT Group in Spain) led by Jacinto Cavestany and owned by Portobello Capital, devoted to telecommunications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and information technology services.

Plusnet Solutions is a Spanish IT services company specialized in the integration of customer experience solutions with more than 85 employees and a portfolio of clients in sectors such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, services and BPO.

The objective of Evolutio is to add talent and capabilities, strengthen its portfolio of services and expand the value added to its customers.

The team of KPMG Abogados advising the buyer has been led by Maitane de la Peña (director, pictured left), Iveta Mostynova and Enrique Richard (senior managers), composed also by Esperanza Barragán (associate) and Marina Molina (executive).

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the sellers on this transaction. The team involved was comprised of Andrés Castro (senior associate, pictured right), Rodrigo Fernández-Chillón and Iratze Arrigain (junior associates).
