KPMG Abogados and CMS advise on the acquisition of GasN2
KPMG Abogados and CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo have advised Miura Partners on the acquisition of a 25% stake in the Spanish entity GasN2Itrogen (GasN2).
GasN2 was founded in 2009 and is based in Sentmenat (Barcelona). GasN2 designs, manufactures and markets energy-efficient industrial equipment for a wide variety of industrial applications and sectors, including the food, pharmaceutical and hospital sectors.
KPMG Abogados has advised on tax, legal, regulatory and labor due diligence. From the legal area, Luis Gómez, partner, and Ángel Peña, senior manager. Carmen Mulet, partner, and Jordi Cerdà, senior associate, from the regulatory area and Ramón Mouriño, director and Tamara Peyreto, senior associate, from the labor team.
