KPMG Abogados advises in the acquisition of U1st Sports SA

KPMG Abogados has provided tax advice (due diligence, tax structuring and assistance in negotiations) to The Gersh Agency and Crestview Partners in the acquisition of U1st Sports.

U1st Sports SA is a leading global firm in the representation of athletes in different sports fields as well as various activities in sports marketing. It is headquartered in Madrid and has presence in more than 10 countries.

On behalf of the firm, the advice has been led by David Pascual and Ricardo López, directors in the M&A tax area.
