Franco-German defence giant KNDS has named Nick Surber its new general counsel

KMW+Nexter Defense Systems (KNDS) is a European defence industry holding company, which is the result of the merger between Germany´s Krauss-Maffei Wegmann and France´s Nexter Systems.

Shortly after restructuring its management bodies, the defence technology group KNDS is also strengthening its administrative management at its headquarters in Amsterdam (Netherlands). His professional career history includes executive positions in industry and in renowned Dutch law firms. Most recently, he was responsible for Anglo-American and German clients at Barentskrants in The Hague, where he worked on M&A/Financing, Corporate/Insolvency and Corporate/M&A.
