King & Wood Mallesons advises Solidus Solutions on the acquisition of Mayensa and Valtub

King & Wood Mallesons has advised European packaging provider Solidus Solutions on the acquisition of Mayensa and Valtub, two Spanish companies specialized in the manufacturing of cardboard tubes

According to the firm, this acquisition will allow Solidus to further reinforce its position as a European leader in the packaging sector, offering not only a wider range of products but also consolidating its presence in South European countries.
