Kepler-Karst on Interfronteras Área de Servicios restructuring plan

Kepler-Karst has advised Interfronteras Área de Servicios in its first restructuring plan with public guarantees.

This plan was signed on 26 May 2023 by the Mercantile Court No. 2 of Almeria and extends the effects to those creditors who did not subscribe to it: the agreed interest rates are maintained and the financial debt is rescheduled.

This amortisation schedule with no write-offs, in addition to being extended over time, allows for a smaller amortisation during the first years, leaving a significant part for the last years. In addition, the loans with ICO guarantee that the company had requested, and which in this case had not been fully or partially executed, maintain their guarantee.
