Kepler-Karst advises Interfronteras Área de Servicios on its restructuring
Kepler-Karst has advised Interfronteras Área de Servicios on its first restructuring operation with public guarantees.
The key to the agreement reached is a repayment schedule without haircuts which, in addition to being spread over time, allows for a smaller repayment during the first years, leaving a significant portion for the last years.
The restructuring plan seeks to restructure the financial debt in order to accommodate current and future cash generation.
