J+Legal advises BrazFin in real estate transactions
J+Legal advised BrazFin, a company owned by Portuguese venture capital fund BlueCrow Capital, in two transactions involving the sale of a portfolio of real estate assets located in Alenquer and Costa de Caparica to two institutional investors. One of the transactions concerns a group of land plots in the Alenquer area, where urban development operations are already underway to begin construction and later sell various units intended for commercial, service, and residential use.
The transactions were coordinated by senior associate Lourenço Côrte-Real (pictured), who advised BrazFin throughout all the negotiation and implementation phases.
