Irene Miró and Rafael Suárez de Lezo join CMS’s worldwide board
Irene Miró (pictured left) and Rafael Suárez de Lezo (pictured right) have joined the worldwide board of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. The members of the board are responsible for approving the organisation’s accounts, advising on matters and can intervene in the event of a deadlock in the executive committee.
On this occasion, the firm has chosen Irene Miró and Rafael Suárez de Lezo as its representatives, so that, among other functions, they will supervise the firm’s global strategic plan.
Rafael Suárez de Lezo is a founding partner of CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo, presiding partner since 2019 and partner of the commercial department, while Irene Miró is a partner of the same department.
