Intlaw hires Miriam Magdalena as insolvency partner

Intlaw has hired Miriam Magdalena (pictured) as insolvency and restructuring partner.

Magdalena holds a PhD in public law and legal-political philosophy from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She has more than 12 years of experience not only in all matters related to insolvency, but also in commercial and civil litigation.

Previously, she developed her professional career as a partner at Toda & Nel-lo. Since 2012 she has been an insolvency administrator and has worked in the financial sector in insolvency matters at Caixa Penedès.

Through this incorporation, the law firm with offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Palma de Mallorca seeks to strengthen its insolvency and restructuring practice and joins the law firms that, day by day, are giving greater prominence to the insolvency department due to the current economic situation.
