HSF advises Wow Aesthetics on the acquisition of Grupo Mya

Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has advised Wow Aesthetics, an investee of Peninsula Capital Advisors, on the acquisition of Grupo Mya, a spanish aesthetic medicine and surgery company.

The HSF team advising on this deal was formed by partner Alberto Frasquet (pictured) together with lawyers Marcos Fernandez-Rico, Alejandro Grima Margarit, Patricia González Retortillo, Ignacio Jiménez-Poyato Narváez, Pablo de Vega Tremps, María Cristos Eguilior, Armando Garcia-Mendoza McCrory, Carmen Hermosín Peña, Ricardo Echevarría González and Ricardo Echevarría González.

The Mya Group has been advised by Pinsent Masons, partner, Francisco Aldavero and lawyer, Juan Hernández-Canut.
