Deloitte Legal has advised Grupo Cuerva on the sale, to the renewable energy fund Foresight Solar Fund Limited, of a portfolio of photovoltaic parks of 467 megawatts.
The transaction involved the participation of the corporate M&A team comprising: Ignacio Echenagusia (partner), Ignacio Alonso Góngora (senior associate), José María Gomá Arsuaga and Jose María Ortiz Rubio (associates).
