Hogan Lovells advises Protect Medical on acquisition of Promeba
Hogan Lovells has advised Protect Medical on the acquisition of Productos Metálicos del Bages (Promeba). A multidisciplinary team from Hogan Lovells, led by Graciela Llaneza (pictured left) and Christoph Naumann (pictured right), partners in Madrid and Frankfurt, respectively, advised Protect Medical Holding on the acquisition of the Spanish company, Productos Metálicos del Bages (Promeba), a leader in the field of health emergencies.
