Hogan Lovells advises Metka on acquisition of two solar plants

Hogan Lovells has advised Metka on the acquisition of two 100 megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic power plants in Andalucía

Hogan LovellsHogan Lovells Madrid’s Corporate M&A team has advised Metka, the business unit of the Greek company Mytilineos S.A., which is engaged in the construction of large-scale projects in the Energy, Infrastructure and Defence Sectors, on the acquisition of two photovoltaic plants located in Jaén and Guillena (Seville).

These two solar photovoltaic plants are scheduled to be operational by the end of the third quarter of 2022 and, once operational, will produce approximately 200 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity per year.
