Hogan Lovells advises Jupiter on acquisition of Aludium
A multidisciplinary team led from Hogan Lovells Madrid, with the support of their offices in Paris and Amsterdam, has advised Jupiter Aluminum, a US group dedicated to recycling aluminum coils, on the acquisition of the Aludium Group, a leading European company in rolled aluminum products with operations in Spain, France and the Netherlands.
The team was led by José María Balañá (pictured), managing partner of EMEA.
