Hijos de Rivera Invests in Cerveza Tyris with EY Abogados’ Assistance
EY Abogados has successfully advised Grupo Empresarial Zriser on the strategic investment by Craft Stars of The World, part of the Corporación Hijos de Rivera business group, in Cerveza Tyris. This partnership marks a significant milestone for Hijos de Rivera, enhancing its position in the “big craft” segment and strengthening its presence in the Valencian market through collaboration with the iconic local brewery, Tyris.
Both parties are optimistic about the potential of this alliance, which promises mutual benefits and reinforces the prominence of both brands across the Mediterranean region.
