Herbert Smith Freehills advises Grupo Lar on Centerbridge JV

A Herbert Smith Freehills team led by partner Alberto Frasquet (pictured) advised Grupo Lar Holding Iberia on a joint venture agreement with Centerbridge Partners.

The joint venture has been agreed with a view to developing real estate logistics projects in Madrid, Barcelona and other markets in Spain.

The deal was valued at around €125 million.

The Herbert Smith team also included senior associate Lucía Garralda, associate Paula Pérez-Ardá, and junior associates Gonzalo Díaz-Rato and Ignacio Segura.
