The agents operate in a traceable manner, completing the process without human intervention in 75% of cases, while preparing the file for final validation in the remaining 25%. In Italy, the company’s main market, the platform handles over 200,000 files per year at groups including Humanitas and Gruppo San Donato. The company is also active in Portugal.
