Grupo Brío appoints Patricia Expósito as head
Grupo Brío has named Patricia Expósito Ojeda as the new head of its labor management department. She brings more than 15 years of experience in labor management, payroll and employment law advisory services.
Before joining Grupo Brío, she worked as a Labor Consultant at GRA Consultores in Valencia, where she handled dismissals, sanctions and warnings, as well as payroll preparation and employment law advice for companies.
The profile
Earlier in her career, Expósito served as an HCM Consultant at A3 Sides, leading implementation projects for the Wolters Kluwer payroll software and taking part in the installation, programming and configuration of payroll systems and collective bargaining agreements for various clients.
She also spent more than seven years as a Labor Management Technician at Monfort y Bonell Abogacía y Asesoría de Empresa, where she managed employee registrations and terminations, sick leave processes, social security filings, tax settlements (models 111, 216, 190 and 296), payroll advisory for the public sector, and the processing of temporary layoff schemes (ERTEs). Throughout her career she has also carried out similar functions at companies including Sampedro y Torres Coop Val, Gesmed and Grupo Ábaco, working across sectors such as legal-labor services, social healthcare, general services and construction.
