GPA absorbs MICC to expand tech and risk offer
Lisbon-based law firm Gouveia Pereira & Associados (GPA) has absorbed the team of MICC – Mission is Critical, a consultancy specialising in cybersecurity with which the firm had maintained a long-standing partnership. The move brings together legal expertise and technical competencies in cybersecurity, data protection officer functions, GDPR compliance, security incident management, and technical audits under a single structure.
The integration is designed to enable a coordinated response to legal, technological, regulatory, and reputational risks, reflecting a broader shift in legal practice towards models that address the operational realities of organisations in the digital environment.
