Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises PRISA on the sale of Media Capital to Confina

Goméz-Acebo & Pombo advised PRISA on the sale of the 94,68%. of Media Capital to Portuguese media group Cofina for 170 million euros

PRISA, the publishing group of EL PAÍS, has sold its majority stake in the Portuguese company to the media group Cofina for 170 million, in an operation that valued the whole of Media Capital at 255 million. The purchase operation also included the debt of Media Capital.
