Garrigues and DLA Piper advise on the acquisition of Grupo OM

Garrigues advised GED Capital on the acquisition of Grupo OM from Nazca Capital, which was advised by DLA Piper

Grupo OM is a Madrid-based visual communication and merchandising company. It has a wide portfolio of products and solutions with more than 11,000 references in visual communication and merchandising supports for mass consumption distributors and manufacturers. The company’s client portfolio includes the main distribution companies, both Spanish and international.

The Garrigues team was led by partner Ildefonso Polo (pictured left) and included senior associate Natalia Gutiérrez and associate Miguel Rodríguez.
