Gómez-Acebo & Pombo acts for Caser on CA Vida deal

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Caser Seguros on the acquisition of 51% of the share capital of CA Vida Assegurances, S.A

Crèdit Andorrà and Caser Seguros have reached an agreement whereby the Spanish company takes 51% of the life insurance business of the financial group –CA Vida Assegurances– in Andorra. Crèdit Andorrà will hold 49% of the capital.
