3ª Edición
Presentación 2020 ( please read in English below)
ART. 1 – Promotor, finalidad y período de validez: es una iniciativa promovida por Iberian Legal Group, editora de iberianlawyer.com, con la finalidad, entre otras cosas, de estimular la competitividad en el mundo empresarial. En el año 2020 se convocan los “Gold Awards” (en adelante, “Iniciativa”) con el objetivo de reconocer la excelencia de los protagonistas del sector jurídico de empresa, por sus resultados destacables llevados a cabo entre el 1 de junio de 2019 y el 30 de junio de 2020 (en adelante,”Período de validez”).
La Iniciativa se rige por las normas que se indican a continuación.
ART. 2 – Normas de participación y selección: la participación en la Iniciativa está reservada a las direcciones de asuntos jurídicos, asuntos fiscales, departamentos de finanzas y RRHH en España y Portugal, durante el período de validez ( en adelante los “candidatos”).
– Identificación y clasificación de los candidatos.
Los candidatos serán identificados preliminarmente a través de formularios ( submission) ; y de los resultados de la investigación llevada a cabo por Iberian Lawyer durante el período de validez, para finalmente elegir a los ganadores.
ART. 3 – Ceremonia de entrega de premios: la comunicación de los nombres de los ganadores se realizará el 26 de Noviembre de 2020, a partir de las 20:00h durante la Gala de los Premios Gold Awards.
Iberian Legal Group SL se reserva el derecho a informar a los candidatos / finalistas más detalles sobre la modalidad de su participación y el desarrollo de la Gala.
ART. 4 – Entrega de premios: Se hará público los finalistas y ganadores para cada una de las categorías, durante la Gala. El premio no tendrá valor económico, ya que es un reconocimiento público de naturaleza puramente simbólica.
Se entregará el premio al mejor finalista por categoría, que tendrá que asistir personalmente a la Gala y recoger el premio.
Si no se recoge el premio durante la Gala personalmente por el interesado o en caso de equipo por al menos un cargo directivo representante del equipo, se entenderá irrevocablemente como una renuncia al premio que, en este caso, se asignará automáticamente al segundo mejor clasificado de la misma categoría. El editor de iberianlawyer.com autoriza a los mejores finalistas a utilizar los derechos de imagen vinculados a los “Gold Awards – 2020 edition”.

3rd Edition Presentation 2019
ART. 1 – Initiative, purpose and period of validity: It is an initiative promoted by Iberian Legal Group, iberianlawyer.com, with the purpose, among other things, of stimulating competitiveness in the business world. In the year 2019 the “Gold Awards” (hereinafter, “Initiative”) are convened with the aim of recognizing the excellence of the main players of the legal sector of the company, for their remarkable results carried out between June 1, 2019 and on June 30, 2020 (hereinafter, “Period of validity”).
The Initiative is governed by the rules indicated below.
ART. 2 -Participation rules and selection: participation in the Initiative is reserved for the legal affairs, fiscal affairs, finance and HR departments in Spain and Portugal, during the period of validity (hereinafter the “candidates”).
– Selection and classification of candidates.
Candidates will be preliminarily identified through submission forms; and based on the results of the research carried out by Iberian Lawyer during the period of validity, to finally draw up a list of finalists including them in one or more categories.
ART. 3 – Communication of the finalists and winners: the communication of the names of the shortlisted finalists and winners for each of categories will take place on November 05, 2020, from 8:00 p.m. during the Gold Awards Gala.
Iberian Legal Group SL reserves the right to inform the shortlisted / finalists more details about the modality of their participation and the development of the Gala.
ART. 4 – Award ceremony: Finalists and winners will be announced for each of the categories during the Gala. The award will not have a financial value, since it is a public recognition of purely symbolic nature.The award will be given to the best finalist by category, who will have to personally attend the Gala and collect it.
If the award is not collected during the Gala personally by the interested party or in the case of a team by at least one management representative representing the team, it will be irrevocably considered as a waiver of the awardthat, and will automatically be assigned to the second best scored per category. iberianlawyer.com authorizes the shortlisted and winners to use the image rights linked to the “Gold Awards – 2020 edition”.
