Deloitte advises Globeducate on the Colegio Peleteiro
Deloitte has advised the international education group Globeducate on its acquisition of Colegio Peleteiro, in a transaction that reinforces consolidation trends in Spain’s private education sector.
The firm provided integrated M&A advisory services, combining financial, tax and legal capabilities, including due diligence and support on the share purchase agreement (SPA), under its end-to-end advisory model.
The team
The Deloitte Legal tax team included Gonzalo Mayo Arias (partner), Javier Recio Rueda (director) and Daniel González Tejedor (senior associate). The transactions team was formed by Jaime Gomez-Pineda (partner), Antonio Castañeda Ruiz (partner), Ignacio Martínez Abella (director), María Martínez Monge (senior manager), Hugo Fernández Vilas (manager) and Marta Amorrortu Lorenzo (manager).
