Garrigues leads Univar Solutions’ acquisition of Interpur
Garrigues has acted as global deal counsel to Univar Solutions on its acquisition of Interpur Chemicals. Advant Nctm also coordinated the notarial formalities required for the transaction, which were handled by Studio Guasti-Ferrari in Milan.
The teams
The cross-border transaction was coordinated internationally by Garrigues partner Arnau Tapias Monné, together with senior associate Julián Belsito and associate Isabel Aranguren, from the firm’s Madrid office.
For the Italian law aspects of the deal, Advant Nctm advised Univar Solutions on the legal due diligence process, the analysis of Italian law matters, the completion of the closing and post-closing activities.
The Italian team was led by partner Raffaele Caldarone, with support from managing associate Stefano Casartelli.
