Garrigues advises Izilend on €90M Helios loan
Izilend has granted a €90 million financing facility secured by Helios, the office complex in Madrid’s Campo de las Naciones that hosts ING’s corporate headquarters in Spain. Garrigues advised Izilend, a financing vehicle managed by FS Capital, on the transaction.
Completed in 2019, the Helios complex comprises two buildings totaling roughly 35,000 square meters. The asset is managed by Rivoli Asset Management and counts among its tenants companies such as Spaces, Moeve, Gasib and Impala Terminals, with full occupancy expected by the end of 2026.
Helios is located in one of the business districts in northeastern Madrid, near Campo de las Naciones, IFEMA Madrid and the airport. The building was designed by Fenwick Iribarren Architects and holds Leed Platinum certification, the highest level under the international sustainability standard. Its facilities include terraces, a restaurant, changing rooms and green areas.
