Garrigues and PwC instructed on Trigo-Mave deal

Garrigues acted for Spanish aerospace company Mave Aeronautica on its acquisition by Trigo.

Trigo, which provides services for the aerospace, automotive and railway industries, was advised by PwC Tax & Legal on the deal, according to Mergermarket.

A Trigo statement said that, following the acquisition of Mave, Trigo’s annual revenue will total more than €70 million per year.

Matthieu Rambaud, CEO of Trigo, said: “We strongly believe that the integration of Mave will be to the benefit of our clients of Spain and beyond in terms of efficiency, expertise and innovation capacity.”
