Garrigues and Cuatrecasas advise on Alten’s Optimissa acquisition

Garrigues advised IT and engineering consultancy Alten Group on the acquisition of Spanish financial technology consultancy Optimissa.

Optimissa instructed Cuatrecasas on the deal, according to Mergermarket.

Optimissa, which is headquartered in Madrid (pictured), offers finance technology and business consultancy services to clients including Santander, BBVA and JP Morgan.

Alten Group’s annual revenues are in the region of €1.5 billion and it employs around 20,000 people.
