Garrigues and Campos Ferreira, Sá Carneiro advise on Generis sale

Garrigues advised Magnum Capital Industrial Partners on the sale of Portuguese company Generis Farmaceutica to India’s Agile Pharma, which instructed Campos Ferreira, Sá Carneiro & Asociados.

 

The transaction was valued at €135 million, according to Mergermarket.

Magnum Capital Industrial Partners, which focuses on Spain and Portugal, has €866 million of committed capital.

The fund generally targets equity investments of €50 to €150 million.
