Fernando Garriga Ariño, Doctor in Law, professor at the University of Barcelona, and insolvency administrator, has built a solid reputation in procedural, insolvency, and commercial law. With over 25 years of experience advising companies on complex restructurings, he is recognized as a leading expert in insolvency law in Spain.
Juan Pablo Correa Delcasso, is also Doctor in Law, lawyer, and international arbitrator. He has an extensive track record in national and international arbitration, including proceedings before the ICC International Court of Arbitration and other prestigious institutions. Having worked at renowned firms such as Garrigues and CMS, he later co-founded LA GUARD, a multidisciplinary law firm. He is also a member of the Legal Committee of Foment del Treball, a former Secretary General of the Andorra Arbitration Court, and a professor at universities including Paris-Dauphine, the Catholic University of Lyon, and the University of Barcelona.
