GA_P incorporates new of counsel
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo incorporates Jorge Martín as of counsel of the corporate department.
Jorge Martín, until now counsel at Clifford Chance, has more than 13 years of experience and specializes in advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), both to financial investors (private equity) and to listed and unlisted companies. He is, also, an associate professor of Commercial Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Jorge holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) and in 2021 he qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales. He began his professional career at Uría Menéndez, before joining Clifford Chance where he has developed his professional career for the last eight years.
