An investor group led by Bonsai Partners SGEIC, the venture capital firm has acquired an undisclosed stake in Boopos Innovation Inc, the United States based operator of lending platform for acquiring e-commerce and SaaS businesses, as part of series A funding round. The consideration was $8m.
Gomez-Acebo & Pombo advised Bonsai Partners in the deal with Álvaro Mateo Sixto (pictured), Andrés Castro Isla and Carolina Orri Torregrosa.
