Ambar launches a legal operations area
Ambar has announced the launch of its legal operations area with the aim of assisting companies in the design, development and maturation of the governance model of the legal function in the organisation.
Seeking to continue with its innovation and development processes, the firm has created this new area which will be supported by an internal team made up of developers, engineers, computer scientists, mathematicians, lawyers and specialists in technology and data, and led by Miguel González Inés (pictured), who has extensive experience in advising different companies in the area of legal operations and legaltech.
The team will be formed by 6 developers focused on the development of proprietary tools and applications with the aim of continuously improving the services offered by Ambar and will work closely with the technology department and its CTO, Isabel Arcones, who joined the firm last january.
In this way, the professionals in the legal operations area will advise companies on everything related to the analysis of the situation of their legal advice and the development of action plans and strategic roadmaps with a view to optimising processes or technology.
Ambar’s objective is to work closely with each client by understanding the context of their organisation, their needs and expectations. For this reason, the legal operations department will provide a series of services to guide them and adapt their legal advice: contract management, litigation and claim management, operations enhancement, technology advisory, among others.
