GA_P has advised Venture Security Holding on the sale of its majority shareholding in Dekom

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Venture Security Holding on the sale of its majority stake in the German company Dekom AG to VR Equitypartner and Süd Beteiligungen. Dekom is one of the leading international players in the field of video conferencing services and audiovisual technology, with a presence in all major European markets.

This operation represents the strengthening of Dekom AG’s market position in Europe, and its consolidation as a leader in planning and design, as well as hardware and software installation, in addition to offering licensing, cloud services and maintenance services.

The firms team was led by Mónica Weimann, Cristina Sánchez Weickgenannt and Guillermo Menéndez Herrero, partner and associates of the corporate team, and was supported by Iratze Arrigain García, associate of the intellectual property department, Paula García Cuevas, associate of the public law department, and John Galilea Clavijo, associate of the tax department.
