GA_P appoints four new partners
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has appointed Ainara Rentería, Antonio Ramírez, Pedro Soto and Luis Cuesta as partners in the ordinary meeting held on Thursday, December 19. The new appointments reflect the firm’s commitment to internal talent.
Ainara Rentería
Ainara Rentería, new corporate partner, is responsible for automotive and sustainable mobility. She has extensive experience in providing legal advice to multinational companies, recurrently advising different players in the automotive industry, such as major automobile manufacturers (OEMs), distributors, component manufacturers and large leasing operators, among others.
Antonio Ramírez
Antonio Ramírez, new partner in the banking and finance practice, specializes in restructuring and special situations. He has extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, especially in restructurings, debt refinancing, corporate financings, acquisition financings and real estate financings. In addition, Antonio has advised on M&A transactions and commercial agreements.
Pedro Soto
Pedro Soto, new partner of public and regulated sectors. He specializes in regulatory matters, having participated in numerous transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, advising both public and private companies.
Luis Cuesta
Luis Cuesta, new tax partner in the Barcelona office, specializes in advising on M&A and restructuring transactions for private equity funds, family groups and multinationals. He also advises private equity and venture capital firms on the structuring of their funds and investment platforms, as part of the fully integrated Funds Formation team. He also advises family groups on their wealth and succession strategies, including complex cases with an international component.
