GA_P appoints Diana Linage as of counsel for its M&A area
Gómez Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has appointed Diana Linage (pictured), until now senior associate at Uría Menéndez, as of counsel in the corporate and M&A area.
Linage holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and spent most of her professional career at Uría Menéndez where she worked for more than a decade.
She is also an expert in commercial law, M&A and private equity and has participated in numerous corporate transactions, mergers and restructurings, advising spanish and foreign clients.
In addition, the new GA_P’s of counsel is a lecturer at different universities and business schools.
