GA_P and Garrigues on the acquisition of Woffu Job Organizer

Gomez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados has advised the Norway company, Visma AS, on the purchase of Woffu Job Organizer SL.

Visma AS is a software company in charge of providing ERP, billing, accounting, payroll, invoicing and procurement software solutions for businesses. The firm has just acquired the Spain based time management platform, Woffu Job Organizer SL.

The team from Gomez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados advising Visma AS was formed by the Corporate lawyer, Monica Martells and GA_P’s Partner, Alex Pujol (pictured right). The team from Garrigues advising Woffu Job Organizer SL was formed by the Partner, Laura Muñoz (pictured left) and the senior associate, Tania Targas.
