GA_P advises on Substrate AI’s agreement with Alpha Blue Ocean

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised on the investment agreement between Substrate AI and Alpha Blue Ocean for the issuance of convertible bonds.

This agreement provides Substrate AI with a financial boost that will enable it to bring its artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to market on a ‘software as a service’ basis.

Substrate AI is an AI company that develops its own technology, based on knowledge-enhanced agents that can be trained to perform different tasks.
