GA_P advises MCH Private Equity on the sale of Grupo Vaughan to Tutore Group

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised MCH Private Equity on the sale of 100% of Grupo Vaughan, a leading Spanish language teaching company, to the Polish education group Tutore, which specialises in technology-based language and skills training.

This strategic transaction consolidates a pan-European group with a clear focus on educational innovation, technology and international expansion. Thanks to this integration, Grupo Vaughan will strengthen its position as a leader in the Spanish market and expand its reach in Europe, combining its pedagogical expertise with Tutore’s technological strength and scalability.

The firms team that participated in the transaction was made up of Jesús Ibañez and Carla Sancho-Tello from the M&A team at the Valencia office.
