GA_P and PwC on Beachbox Ibiza on a €54m financing round
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Beachbox Ibiza on a €54m loan provided by Izilend, an alternative financing vehicle of FS Capital, for its project linked to the Six Senses Ibiza hotel.
PwC Tax & Legal advised Izilend on the €54 million financing, including the refinancing of Beachbox’s existing facilities and the funding of the development of the branded residences.
The funding will enable Beachbox to refinance its existing debt and continue with the development of the branded residences adjacent to the Six Senses Ibiza luxury resort. The funds will be used to complete the villas currently under construction and to begin work on an additional villa, thereby continuing Beachbox’s project in Ibiza.
