GA_P advises Impact Partners on Top Doctors series B financing round

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Impact Partners on its investment in Top Doctors. The series B financing round, led by Impact Partners and in which the Institut Català de Finances (ICF) also participated, amounted to €11.2 million

Top Doctors is a startup that offers a digital tool that allows users to access more than 90,000 experts in 50 medical specialities while providing healthcare professionals with telemedicine solutions, online presence and brand image. The company expects to close the year with a turnover of €16 million, 30% more than in 2020. The capital increase will allow the company to consolidate its medical platform in the countries where it already operates in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.

Drake Star Partners acted as Financial advisor in this financing round. In addition, the deal allows “minority partners such as Inveready to successfully divest”, according to Porciani. The company thus culminates a goal that initially arose in 2019.
