GA_P advises Eurenco on the acquisition of Manuco
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Eurenco, a French explosives manufacturing company, on the acquisition of Manuco from the Spanish company Maxam
The Eurenco Group, one European leader in the field of propellants and explosives and world leader in fuel additives, has announced the acquisition of the entirety of Manuco and the signing of a five-year supply contract with the Maxam Group.
Manuco develops, manufactures and supplies energetic nitrocellulose for the defence and civilian industries (mainly hunting powders). With more than 50 references in all product qualities and a high production capacity, Manuco provides global service and technical support to customers in more than 20 countries worldwide. It employs 76 people and has sales of €17 million.
Manuco is active in the production of energetic nitrocellulose with both high and low nitrogen content. It also provides global service and technical support to customers in more than 20 countries around the world.
