Fuster-Fabra signs Fernando Martínez-Maíllo as of counsel partner

Fuster-Fabra Abogados has signed Fernando Martínez-Maíllo, former general coordinator of Partido Popular, to reinforce Commercial and Litigation areas

The hiring was made public on July 17th during the presentation of the book “The European Central Bank. Proposals for reform”, in which he was accompanied by Luis de Guindo, vicepresident of the ECB and by the president of the Spanish Partido Popular Pablo Casado.

Fernando Fernández Maíllo (pictured) has a Law degree from the Universidad de Salamanca, with a Master’s degree in Tax and Consulting from the Center for Financial Studies (Centro de Estudios Financieros) –CEF, a Master’s degree in the European Union from UNED and a PhD in Law from UNED signing the thesis “The European Central Bank in the process of construction of the European Union: reform proposals.” He is an acting lawyer and is a senator of the XIV Spanish legislature.
