Francisca Paulouro and André Martins named VdA partners

Francisca Paulouro and André Gaspar Martins (both pictured) have joined the partners’ board at Vieira de Almeida (VdA). These appointments reflect a strategy to strengthen the firm’s expertise in areas such as public law and health, while developing new competencies in key sectors of economic activity that provide added value to clients, states the firm.

André Gaspar Martins works in the public law practice at VdA since 2013, where he has been involved in various operations and legal matters, particularly in Public Procurement, administrative litigation and arbitration, and concessions. He provides support to various public and private entities, notably in the healthcare, postal, telecommunications, and transport sectors.

Francisca Paulouro, who joined the firm in 2002, leads VdA’s health practice, where she has worked on various operations and projects in the healthcare sector, particularly in the pharmaceutical field. She has extensive experience in regulatory matters related to the sector, including pricing and reimbursement, promotional and commercial activities, distribution, and contracting.
