Foresight instructs Watson Farley & Williams on sale of stake in Spanish photovoltaic plant

Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised investment management firm Foresight Group on the sale of its stake in the 9.8 MW “La Castilleja” photovoltaic plant located in La Carlota, a municipality in the Spanish province of Córdoba.

The stake was sold to co-shareholder Greentech Energy Systems, which now wholly owns the project.

The WFW Madrid corporate team was led by Madrid managing partner María Pilar García Guijarro, and included partner Gonzalo Aranzabal and senior associate Javier Ester.
